Sewing Machines, Overlockers & Other Larger Items (Excluding Cabinets)

Standard Delivery - Free to UK Mainland Addresses

Orders placed by 3.00 p.m. Monday to Friday will be despatched that day using a 24 hour service and delivered next working day (some addresses in the Highlands may take a second or third day depending on location).

• Orders placed Monday to Thursday will be delivered next working day
• Orders placed Friday will be delivered Monday (or Tuesday if Bank Holiday)
• Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be delivered Tuesday
• Most deliveries take place before 2.00 p.m. although this cannot be guaranteed. Deliveries can take place up to 5.30 p.m. All items delivered by carrier will need to be signed for. If no one is available to accept delivery, the package will be returned to your local depot. A card will be left with details to arrange redelivery of your order. There is no charge if redelivery is required. We can also arrange delivery to a work address, neighbour, etc. if required

Please note that all machines are dispatched in the manufacturer’s original packaging. If your order is a gift and you require plain packaging, please contact us on 0800 622 6224.

Non Standard Delivery

Saturday and Sunday Delivery

This service is available on orders over £99.00 and costs £10.00 for orders under £300.00 and is free for orders £300.00 and over.

Orders must be placed before 3pm on the Friday before the weekend of delivery. If your order is placed after 3pm your order will be placed and delivered the following weekend. If you wish to change this to a weekday delivery please contact us on 0800 622 6224 and quote your order reference number and we can update your order

Please be aware that this option isn't available to some address IE Northern Scotland, Scottish Isles, etc. and deliveries carried out by Horn Furniture are also excluded.

UK Offshore up to 30kg

Deliveries to offshore UK addresses usually take 2-3 days but this cannot be guaranteed. Factors such as weather conditions and rural locations can effect delivery times.

International Delivery

Please note: Due to additional charges post Brexit for shipping/duty/taxes/admin for customs clearance, we have temporarily suspended International deliveries.

Sewing Cabinets

The Hideaway Sewing Table

These are despatched from stock (depending on availability) held at our warehouse using a 24hr next working day carrier service. Delivery to UK addresses only.

Hobby Chairs

Hobby Chairs are despatched direct from Horn Furniture. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery.

Replacement Inserts

These are usually cut each Tuesday and then posted out direct from Horn Furniture using Royal Mail. Delivery is usually by the following weekend.

Sewing Cabinets, Hobby Tables, etc

As a Horn Superstore Dealer, our customers are entitled to the complete delivery service from Horn UK, FREE to the majority of mainland UK. Horn UK promise to deliver and unpack your fully assembled cabinet and transport it to the room of your choice (stairs at drivers discretion).

Delivery times are dependent on your location. Horn UK cover the majority of the UK every 28 working days.

When ordering, please state the make and model of your sewing machine together with your choice of colour.

Being a Horn Superstore Dealer also means that we normally display a minimum of 4 different models at our Wrexham store.

Please Note - To reduce or avoid delivery charges, Horn UK can deliver cabinets to addresses in a free delivery zone from where customers can then arrange their own transportation. This service is only provided at the discretion of Horn UK.

Accessories & Smaller Items

Smaller items are dispatched as soon as possible using first class Royal Mail. Delivery times are dependent on the postal service and usually take 1 to 3 working days. Due to rising postal charges, we have had to introduce a minimum order value of £25.00 to qualify for free delivery. A £3.49 small order surcharge will be added to orders under £25.00.

Out of Stock Items

In the rare event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you by telephone and/or email to explain when delivery is expected. It will be despatched as soon as possible.
