The guarantee period for all machines, overlockers and presses depends on manufacturer and model. Please see each product page for guarantee cover.
If the product develops a fault within the guarantee period, please give us a call on the telephone number below, drop us an email or use the chat function on our website. We may ask you to send us photos or videos of the issue to our engineer via our WhatsApp number and we will try to resolve the issue with you as quickly as possible. We try to resolve issues directly with you as this will mean that you can get back to your sewing projects much quicker.
However if the fault requires our engineers to have a look at the machine we will arrange the collection, repair and return at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights and excludes expendable parts (such as needles, bulbs, bobbin cases, belts, fuses, press covers, filters, needle threaders, needle plates, loopers, blades etc.), negligence, commercial use, misuse and any consequential loss as stated in the terms of the manufacturers guarantee. The collection and return cover applies to UK mainland addresses only.
We recommend where possible, that the original packaging is retained so that in the unlikely event the product did require to be shipped back to our engineers it can be protected during transit.
