Make working on challenging fabrics a breeze with the Brother Airflow 3000 overlocker.

Introducing Brother's fastest, easiest, electronic air threader. Simply insert your thread into the threading hole and ‘whoosh’ the air system guides it through the loopers for you.

The Brother Airflow 3000 has been built for speed. By pairing air power with an advanced needle threader, threading an overlocker has never been so quick or easy.

Keep the flow going with quick release levers for rolled hemming and deactivating the cutting knife.

With the error LED indicator, you’ll never have to take time out to work out what’s wrong. If something’s not right, the machine won’t start, so you can stop and sort it straight away.

With stitch speeds of 1,300spm the Airflow 3000 is the perfect partner for flying through orders or increasing your creative output

Achieve the finest of finishes on knits, stretchy materials, sheer fabrics and even Lycra.

Differential feed

With a differential feed ratio of 0.7mm to 2mm you’ll get an outstanding stitch quality, no matter what fabric you’re working on.

Instant rolled hem

Quick-change levers will give you an instant rolled hem. Perfect for light and sheer fabrics. Choose between a smooth rolled or wavy edge rolled hem.

Outstanding finishes

Add the professional touch with flatlock, overlock and rolled hem stitches.

Brightly lit

White LED lights that brighten the workspace, and any fabric you’re working on.

Stitch quality

Stitch at speeds of up to 1,300spm! Use the dials to adjust stitch length and width as needed.
