On both occasions I was given excellent advise and prompt service.  I live in Shetland and both machines arrived safely with free delivery, which is unusual for goods to be delivered to such a remote corner of the UK. The aftercare service is fantastic. Two weeks after purchasing my sewing machine I could not get it to work, worried that I would have to return the  said machine, I sent an email to Russell (on a Sunday, evening)  and within 15 minutes he had rung me to sort out the problem. Staggered at the amount it will do and excited due to the fabrics I've longed to use and only been able to zig zag with my Singer machine.
