Delivery Information

Sewing Machines, Overlockers & Other Larger Items
(Excluding Cabinets)

Standard Delivery - UK Mainland Addresses.

Orders placed by 3.00 p.m. Monday to Friday will be despatched that day using a 24 hour service and delivered next working day (some addresses in the Highlands may take a second or third day depending on location).
Therefore:-
Orders placed Monday to Thursday will be delivered next working day.
Orders placed Friday will be delivered Monday (or Tuesday if Bank Holiday).
Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be delivered Tuesday.
Most deliveries take place before 2.00 p.m. although this cannot be guaranteed. Deliveries can take place up to 5.30 p.m. All items delivered by carrier will need to be signed for. If no one is available to accept delivery, the package will be returned to your local depot. A card will be left with details to arrange redelivery of your order. There is no charge if redelivery is required. We can also arrange delivery to a work address, neighbour, etc if required.

Deliveries to offshore UK addresses usually take 2-3 days but this cannot be guaranteed. Factors such as weather conditions and rural locations can effect delivery times.

Smaller items are despatched as soon as possible using first class Royal Mail. Delivery times are dependant on the postal service and usually take 1 to 3 working days. Due to rising postal charges, we have had to introduce a minimum order value of £15.00 for free P+P.
