Most deliveries take place before 2.00 p.m. although this cannot be guaranteed. Deliveries can take place up to 5.30 p.m. All items delivered by carrier will need to be signed for. If no one is available to accept delivery, the package will be returned to your local depot. A card will be left with details to arrange redelivery of your order. There is no charge if redelivery is required. We can also arrange delivery to a work address, neighbour, etc if required.

Saturday Delivery
This service is available but at extra cost. Our carriers have a £20.00 surcharge for Saturday deliveries.
Please be aware that this option isn`t available to some address IE Northern Scotland, Scottish Isles, etc and deliveries carried out by Horn Furniture are also excluded.

UK Offshore up to 30kg
Deliveries to offshore UK addresses usually take 2-3 days but this cannot be guaranteed. Factors such as weather conditions and rural locations can effect delivery times.
